My Proposal Santa Luzia Barril Apartment for letting holidays is located in Francisco José Nascimento Bateira Street in Santa Luzia Tavira, in the East Algarve.
It is a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 persons, with a large living room and a terrace with pool view. This is decorated with modern and cozy furnishings.
5 minutes walking from downtown and the Marginal where all the local commerce is and where you can embark to Barril Beach and Terra Estreita Beach. The entire route of this great avenue is in front of the Ria and Ria Formosa Natural Park.
Only 6 minutes driving from the center of Tavira and where you can embark on a trip to the famous Beach of Island of Tavira. In the center you can also visit the Historical Center and the Gran-Plaza Shopping Center.
Faro airport is 41 km, the border is 25 km.
This city, on the landscape of the natural park of the Ria Formosa, has an excellent location, is a very quiet area and ideal for families with children who want an ideal place to enjoy a holiday full of Sun, Beach and Sea.
Living room: Equipped and decorated with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, Air-Conditioning, and a sofa with a table. The window as access direct to a terrace. This room is common with the dining room, with dining table for up to 5 people.

Bathroom: 1 Bathrooms. The whole toilet is new. It is equipped with bath, washbasin and toilet. Bath towels are provided.
Terrace: Large terrace with pool view, equipped deck chairs, awning and dining table up to 4 people.
Pool: It has 1 shared pool in the building, and access is free.
Parking: The building don’t have a private garage, but around the building there are also public car parks.
